Classes are the first step in preparing for your new addition. Classes are open to everyone- whether you are a first time parent or experienced parent.
Classes are intimate, fun & informative.
We will discuss early signs of labor, stages of labor, options to manage pain, as well as information on early newborn interactions breastfeeding norms, tools for successful feeding, & much more!
Did you know that a mother's education is a high predictor of her children's future success? After our time together, you & your support person will have knowledge to share with your family for generations.
During pregnancy, let's talk about your experience with breastfeeding, your goals & what to expect (ideally between 12-24 weeks).
*We recommend taking Lamaze childbirth classes around 25 weeks.
